General Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations, as well as any limitations and exceptions that may apply to the purchase of products from SNCK ApS.

1. Scope and General Provisions
1.1 These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all agreements made between you ("the customer", "you") and us, SNCK ApS, Sommerfugleengen 70, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark, CVR: 39068869 ("the Company", "us", "we") concerning the purchase of products through www.snck.com ("the Website").
1.2 Our products are intended only for customers residing in Denmark who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. You may only place an order if you meet these requirements.
1.3 These Terms apply only to consumers, as defined under Danish law.
1.4 By placing an order and clicking the "Order and Pay" button, you accept these Terms. Any other or conflicting terms do not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.
1.5 The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the one in effect on the Website at the time you place your order. We will not change the applicable Terms after your order has been placed.
1.6 You should print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference. We do not store the Terms for you.
2. Formation of Contract
2.1 Product listings on the Website are not binding offers, but invitations to place an order.
2.2 By clicking "Order and Pay", you submit a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your order summary.
2.3 After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation email with your order number and product details. This email only confirms that we received your order and does not constitute acceptance.
2.4 The contract is only concluded once we accept your offer, either through a separate confirmation email or by shipping the products—whichever comes first. We will respond within one week of your order.
2.5 We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible, but minor discrepancies may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on your device settings.
2.6 We reserve the right to reject any order, including but not limited to those based on inaccurate or incomplete product information or limited availability.
2.7 For order changes, contact our customer service at hello@snck.com. However, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed. See Sections 7 and 9 for more on returns and refunds.
3. Product Use
Our products are intended for personal use only. Always read the label before use or consumption. Consult your doctor if you have allergies or health concerns.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices listed on the Website may change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed during checkout and confirmed in your email receipt.
4.2 All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are added during checkout.
4.3 Payment timing depends on your selected payment method—either before or after delivery.
4.4 Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and AMEX. You confirm that the card details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the card.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We ship only within Denmark, to your address or designated pick-up point depending on the selected delivery method.
5.2 Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after order confirmation. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund including shipping.
5.3 Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout and are your responsibility.
5.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If the information is incorrect, you must cover redelivery costs.
5.5 A handling fee of up to DKK 200 may apply for uncollected packages. If returning products, collect the package first before sending it back.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you or a third party (excluding the courier) physically receives the goods.

It's enough to send the cancellation before the 14-day deadline.
Refunds After Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds are processed via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of return.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the return shipping costs and are liable only for loss in value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to assess the product.
7. Returns, Complaints, and Refunds
7.1 As we sell food products, safety is a priority. Returns are only accepted if the product can be resold—i.e., packaging and protective seals must be unbroken and undamaged.
7.2 You may file a complaint about defective products within 3 years of purchase. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect at hello@snck.com.
7.3 Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Without it, we may be unable to process your refund if the return is lost.
8. Fraud
Any suspected fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if illegal activity is suspected.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which could not have been anticipated or prevented.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Website remain the property of the Company, its affiliates, or licensors. Use of any content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
11. Enforcement and Severability
11.1 Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
11.2 If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms. Invalid terms shall be replaced with valid ones that reflect the intended economic purpose.
12. Governing Law and Language
12.1 These Terms are governed by Danish law.
12.2 Agreements are concluded in Danish. Translations are for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the Danish version prevails.

14. Dispute Resolution
You can file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Complaint Resolution Center at www.forbrug.dk. EU residents may also use the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal at ec.europa.eu/odr. Include our email address when submitting.
