Shipping policy

1.1 The company will arrange delivery of the products either to a delivery location or to your home (depending on the offered shipping method and your selection).

1.2 We aim to deliver within two to four business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. All indicated delivery dates for ordered products are approximate. If the delivery time unexpectedly exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. In that case, you will be refunded the purchase price plus any shipping and handling costs (if you paid before delivery).

1.3 The price for each shipping method is clearly stated during the checkout process. You will be charged for all shipping and handling fees indicated during checkout.

1.4 You are solely responsible for providing us with an accurate and accessible shipping address during the order's checkout process. If the address information is incorrect, you are obliged to reimburse the costs of a failed delivery. If you want a new shipment of the products, the new shipping costs will be charged again and will be the same as the original shipping costs.

1.5 We reserve the right to charge the costs associated with handling uncollected packages (return shipping, reshipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of up to 200 DKK depending on the weight, if a package is not picked up. Please note that if you cancel a purchase and wish to return the goods, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described in these terms and conditions.
